Every engagement starts with a conversation about your goals

Let's Talk About Your School

For your students. For your staff. One partner.

The best school programs don't feel like programs — and the best professional development doesn't feel like professional development. They both feel like the moment people realize they matter, and decide to show up differently because of it.

Jason LeVasseur is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP™), lifelong educator, and award-winning keynote speaker whose K-12 work spans student leadership assemblies, teacher professional development, full in-service days, and district-wide leadership programs — serving middle schools, high schools, alternative education programs, college preparatory academies, and specialized programs including students with a wide range of learning needs and abilities.

What makes Jason different isn't just his energy or his music. It's his process: he listens to your goals, learns what your students and staff are carrying right now, and builds an experience around the specific messages your school needs delivered — in a way that actually lands. Whether he's working with your students, your teachers, your leadership team, or all three in the same building on the same day, Jason partners with school leaders to create experiences that shift culture, strengthen community, and leave everyone feeling like they belong.

WHAT JASON DOES FOR SCHOOLS

Student Leadership Assemblies

Music-powered, interactive, age-differentiated programs that help students feel seen, find their voice, and show up for each other. Jason has worked with middle schools, high schools, alternative programs, and specialized populations — including students who are blind or visually impaired and deaf or hard of hearing. Jason works with ASL interpreters in advance of every event to ensure full accessibility. Every assembly is built around your school's specific goals and student population.

Teacher & Staff In-Service

Professional development that moves adult learners — built on the same frameworks Jason uses with government agencies, healthcare systems, and Fortune-level clients. Sessions are grounded in adult learning theory, research-backed, and designed to give your teachers tools they can actually use on Monday morning.

District & School Leadership Development

The Connected Leadership Framework™ (CL5™) is a five-module curriculum anchored in Connection, Communication, Collaboration, Credibility, and Culture. Modules are designed to be delivered independently or in sequence, for school-level teams or district-wide audiences. The person who designs the program is the same person who facilitates it. No handoffs. No surprises.

Full In-Service Days

Jason can anchor your entire in-service day — working with students in the morning, teachers or staff in the afternoon, and leadership teams before or after. One partner. One consistent voice. One day that actually accomplishes something.

WHAT THEY SAY

"From a headmaster's perspective, what I loved was that the kids could relate to him. He was able to weave some of my message unobtrusively into his message. From a leadership perspective, that's a pretty deep partnership that I really appreciate. Done subtly, done well, and done very effectively."

— Grady Vigneau, Headmaster, Bridgton Academy Prep, ME

"He asked us ahead of time the sort of messages that we wanted to deliver to our students. And then he delivered those messages in a way that was different. They heard it from a different angle. It was really magical."

— Cindy Alderman, Dean of Academics, Bridgton Academy Prep, ME

"Jason took the time to truly listen to us, to learn about our program and the message we wanted the teens to receive. He then tailored his sessions to the unique needs of our students. Not only were our students inspired, but they felt empowered and were motivated to set personal goals."

— Bonnie Cochran, Director of Support Programs, Envision, Inc.

"He gave the message that we as educators and adults here in our school system always try to get across to them. It was very well received and well worth the hour and a half."

— Julie Sjol, Guidance & Career Counselor, Rugby High School, ND

"He made it really individualized — called students by name and even dedicated songs to them. They were really listening to his stories, his message, and they were really into it. I know they got a lot out of today's program."

— Wendy Klapper, Alternative HS Instructor, Fox Valley Technical College, WI

"He's tremendous with teenagers. He delivers powerful messages through music in a very natural and authentic way. Kids feel better about themselves and are inspired."

— Eric Rhomberg, Director, The Compass School, Westminster, NH

"Some of our quietest kids were singing in their loudest voices — it was fun to watch them use that energy in a positive way."

— Sanjana Ballal, Middle School Counselor, Cameron College Prep, Nashville, TN

WHY SCHOOLS CHOOSE JASON

★ He meets students where they are. Not where we wish they were. Jason has spent decades figuring out how to reach the student in the back row, the one who checked out, the one who doesn't think any of this applies to them — and bringing them into the room. That's the skill that makes the difference.

★ He is a lifelong educator. Wake Forest University graduate, double major in Education and Philosophy. More than 25 years in classrooms, on stages, and in facilitation rooms. He understands what teachers carry and what students need — because he has never stopped being one of them.

★ The same person designs and delivers everything. No subcontractors. No handoffs. The person you talk to in the planning call is the person who stands in front of your students and staff.

★ He gets rebooked. Not because schools are looking for something familiar — but because what happens in the room justifies coming back. Schools and districts that work with Jason once tend to bring him back, expand the scope, and build him into their calendar year after year.

★ He brings music — not as a gimmick, but as a framework. The band metaphor creates a shared language that students and staff carry with them long after the program ends.

★ He has worked with a wide range of learners. From middle school students to high school leaders to alternative education programs to students who are blind or visually impaired and deaf or hard of hearing — Jason works with ASL interpreters in advance of every event to ensure full accessibility for your entire community.

★ He brings a perspective no classroom-only educator can. Jason has worked with government agencies, healthcare systems, Fortune-level companies, and nonprofit leaders — and he brings that breadth into every school engagement. Your teachers and leaders get the same frameworks that move professional adults in the highest-stakes environments in the world.

★ He has worked with schools across the United States and internationally — bringing the same level of preparation, customization, and care to every community he serves, regardless of size, location, or student population.

THE CONNECTED LEADERSHIP FRAMEWORK™

The CL5™ - For schools and districts that want more than a one-time assembly, Jason offers a research-grounded, modular leadership development curriculum built around five principles that connect directly to school and district leadership outcomes.

Connection

When students and staff feel like they belong, everything else gets easier.

Communication

The conversations leaders avoid are usually the ones that matter most.

Collaboration

The best schools aren't built by the most talented people. They're built by people who show up for each other.

Credibility

Teachers do their best work for leaders who genuinely believe in them.

Culture

Culture isn't what you put on the wall. It's what happens when no one's watching.

Every engagement is designed around your school's goals, your team's needs, and your calendar. Sessions can stand alone or build on each other. The format, focus, and pacing are yours to shape. For schools and districts ready to invest in a long-term partnership, CL5™ is built to grow with you — evolving year over year as your leaders develop, your culture strengthens, and your goals expand.
