He is a Certified Master Trainer™, a NACA Campus Legend Award recipient, and the recipient of 25+ national awards. He has worked with more than 2,500 organizations across corporate, association, education, and nonprofit sectors.
What makes Jason's programs different is that he has lived every principle he teaches. He spent more than 30 years as a touring musician, performing 250 days a year and sharing stages with Train, Dave Matthews Band, John Mayer, The Roots, and Maroon 5. A touring band is one of the most demanding team environments that exists. Managing personalities, dividing roles, building trust under exhaustion, and showing up every night no matter what. When Jason talks about collaboration, communication, and culture, he is not drawing from a business book. He is drawing from experience.
He is also a lifetime educator in the truest sense, including more than 35 years in the camp world, where he has served as a counselor, wilderness trip leader, and Program Director.
